This 1990s Smith & Wesson Model 629-4 is a classic N-frame .44 Magnum with a 6-inch heavy barrel and satin stainless construction. It features a partial underlug with a serrated rib, a fluted 6-shot cylinder, and fully adjustable iron sights with a pinned red-insert ramp front. It retains the smooth-face trigger and checkered hammer spur, and the top strap is drilled and tapped with a fitted plug screw. This configuration corresponds to product code 103606.

The Model 629-4 is built on the robust S&W N-frame with a six-shot fluted cylinder and a 6-inch heavy barrel. The barrel features a partial lug and serrated rib, providing a classic 629 profile in satin stainless.
Sighting is handled by a pinned ramped front blade with a red insert and a S&W micrometer-adjustable rear, giving precise, repeatable adjustments. The sights are configured as adjustable iron sights.
The revolver uses a double-action/single-action mechanism with a smooth-face trigger and an exposed, checkered hammer spur. It is currently fitted with Hogue Monogrip rubber, finger-groove stocks.
Construction is all stainless steel for the barrel, frame, and cylinder, finished in satin stainless. Markings include the S&W Trade Mark logo and "MADE IN U.S.A. SPRINGFIELD, MASS."
