This Romanian-made FA Cugir PSL-54M is a 2020-production, semi-automatic designated-marksman-type rifle chambered in 7.62x54R. It features a 24.5 in long-profile, threaded barrel with a removable multi-port cylindrical muzzle brake, a stamped steel AK/RPK-type receiver with strengthening ribs, and the side-mounted Warsaw Pact optics dovetail. It comes in excellent condition with classic wood furniture and a dedicated PSL-pattern 10-round magazine.

The PSL-54M pairs a long 24.5 in, threaded barrel with a removable multi-port muzzle brake to manage the 7.62x54R cartridge in a semi-automatic platform. The barrel is the long-profile type, and the bore presents clean, sharp rifling.
Its stamped steel receiver follows the AK/RPK pattern with strengthening ribs and a matte black finish. The action is a semi-automatic, short-stroke gas piston system specific to this model.
Furniture includes a high-gloss wood thumbhole stock with a ribbed rubber buttpad, matched to wood handguards with cooling slots. Length of pull is 12.5 in.
Sighting equipment consists of a hoodless AK-type post front sight and an AK-pattern tangent rear sight with meter graduations. A side-mounted Warsaw Pact optics dovetail is present on the receiver for mounting compatible optics.
This rifle uses the dedicated PSL single-stack magazine pattern and is not SVD compatible. Markings include caliber and import information, along with a 2020 barrel stamp indicating year of manufacture in Romania.
