Built on the EVO 3 S1 platform, this pistol uses a simple blowback, semi-automatic action chambered in 9mm Luger. It has a 7.72 in cold hammer forged, threaded steel barrel and a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail. Additional Picatinny accessory rails are fitted at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock on the forend for lights, grips, or other accessories.
Controls are designed for fast handling: an ambidextrous safety selector with Safe/Fire pictograms, a left-side charging handle, a left-side bolt/slide release lever, and a paddle-style magazine release. CZ low-profile iron sights are included.
This example is configured with an SB Tactical side-folding pistol brace for compact storage and stable shooting. A Vortex Razor AMG UH-1 holographic sight is mounted, and a stainless multi-port muzzle device is installed. A small front handstop is also installed on the forend.
The receiver/frame, grip, and forend are polymer in light gray, with black controls and small accessories. Markings include CIP proof marks with a 2019 date code, the CZ-USA Kansas City, KS import mark, and CZECH REPUBLIC country mark. The pistol measures approximately 16.5 in overall length in factory pistol configuration and weighs about 5.0 lb unloaded. The EVO 3 S1 line concluded in 2022, and this example includes a CZ factory test target dated 21.06.2019.
