This Medallion-grade A-Bolt is a first-generation example manufactured by Miroku in Japan in 1987. It combines the .280 Rem. chambering with a 22-inch barrel and a 4-round detachable box magazine secured by a hinged floorplate.
The action uses Browning's short 60° three-lug bolt for fast cycling, with a right-hand bolt handle and polished round knob. The receiver carries factory scroll engraving on silver-toned side panels marked "Medallion," and it is drilled and tapped.
Metalwork wears a high-gloss blued finish, while the high-gloss walnut stock features cut checkering, a contrasting fore-end tip, white-line spacer, and a rubber recoil pad. Sling swivel studs are installed, and length of pull measures 13.5 inches.
Optics are addressed with an installed Redfield 4-12x scope using a fine crosshair with BDC scale, mounted on two-piece bases with rings and protected by flip-up caps. The rifle has no iron sights.
