Built on the AR-15 platform and chambered in 5.56 NATO (marked on the barrel/upper), this WC-15 uses a semi-automatic direct-impingement system and accepts detachable STANAG-pattern magazines. Stated capacity is 30+1.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with an open-ended multi-slot flash hider/comp style muzzle device. A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides rigid mounting with M-LOK at 12 o'clock and add-on Picatinny segments for accessories.
The receivers are aluminum alloy. The upper deletes the forward assist while retaining a brass deflector and ejection-port cover. A nickel-finished bolt carrier group bears the Wilson Combat logo, and the magwell features the Wilson Combat eagle/WC logo. The WC-15 lower is marked "CAL. MULTI."
Furniture includes an adjustable polymer stock with cam-lock and a QD sling mount, plus a Wilson Combat/BCM Starburst pattern grip. Controls include a manual safety and a curved trigger. Length of pull is 11.0 inches. Made in the United States.
