The Springfield Armory SAINT delivers a proven AR-15 configuration with quality materials and thoughtful features. This rifle pairs a 16-inch CMV Melonite-treated barrel and mid-length gas system with an H-buffer for smooth operation. It includes a Nickel-Boron coated, micro-polished single-stage GI-weight trigger, an M16-pattern HP/MPI-tested Carpenter 158 bolt carrier group, and the Accu-Tite receiver-tensioning system, all housed in 7075-T6 aluminum receivers with a Type III hard-coat anodized finish.

The 16-inch barrel is CMV steel with a Melonite treatment and a 1:8 twist, balancing durability and versatility across common 5.56 loadings. The barrel is threaded and fitted with a birdcage flash suppressor using a crush washer. The ejection-port cover is marked "5.56 NATO."
The mid-length gas system paired with an H-buffer is designed for reliable cycling. Inside, the M16-pattern bolt carrier group is Carpenter 158 steel and both high-pressure and magnetic-particle inspected. A forward assist, case deflector, and dust cover are present.
Receivers are 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard-coat anodized finish and include the Accu-Tite receiver-tensioning system. The upper is a T-marked flat-top (T2–T12 visible) for consistent reference. A fixed A2-pattern front sight base is installed, and a bayonet lug is present.
The furniture consists of a two-piece polymer drop-in, non-free-float handguard, a collapsible 6-position stock with QD socket and sling loop, and a textured polymer pistol grip. The rifle uses a manual safety and features a single-stage, GI-weight trigger that is Nickel-Boron coated and micro-polished. Capacity is 30+1 with the included PMAG.
