    Palmetto State Armory (PSA) PA-15 16" .223 Wylde Upper Receiver Assembly (No Charging Handle)

    PSA PA-15 upper receiver assembly chambered in .223 Wylde with a 16" barrel. Built with a full-length Picatinny top rail, forward assist, ejection port cover, and an M-LOK handguard.

    Includes a POF bolt carrier group, PSA Sabre S5 H3 buffer (6.4 oz, red tip), stock, and HERA CQR grip. Charging handle not included.
