This Beretta BU9 Nano is a U.S.-made, striker-fired micro 9mm built around a modular, serialized stainless-steel chassis housed in a fiberglass-reinforced polymer grip frame. It features a Pronox black-nitride slide with rear serrations, low-profile dovetailed white-dot sights retained by set screws, and a streamlined control layout with no external slide stop or manual safety. It comes with three factory 6-round magazines and a hard case.

The BU9 Nano uses a modular, serialized stainless-steel internal chassis within a polymer grip frame, delivering a compact footprint with durable core components. The slide is finished in black nitride (Pronox) and cut with rear-only serrations for a clean, snag-resistant profile suited to micro-carry.
Sighting is straightforward and secure with dovetailed, interchangeable white-dot front and rear sights, each retained by set screws. The reversible magazine release supports either hand without altering the pistol’s slim profile.
Controls are intentionally minimal: there is no external slide stop or manual safety, and the pistol will fire without a magazine installed. Disassembly is tool-assisted via a coin-slot takedown screw and does not require pulling the trigger.
The 3.07-inch steel barrel and 6+1 capacity make efficient use of the Nano’s micro size. This example is marked “Made in USA” on the slide and comes from the 2010s era. Three factory 6-round magazines are included, with both flush and finger-extension base options to suit carry or grip preferences.
