The Jack 556SR follows the classic AKM layout with a stamped steel receiver featuring magazine well dimples, a paddle-style magazine release, a right-side charging handle, and a standard selector/safety lever. The black-finished, steel underfolding stock locks securely and keeps the package compact when folded.
Its 16 in nitrided barrel is threaded and fitted with a factory multi-port brake. Chambered in 5.56mm NATO (.223 Rem.), the rifle uses detachable AK-pattern 5.56 magazines and is rated for a 30+1 capacity. A bayonet lug is present.
Sighting is by durable iron sights: a hooded front post and a tangent rear sight leaf. A factory side optics rail is installed on the receiver for mounting compatible side-rail optics if desired.
Markings include Wytwornia Broni Popinski in Rogow, Poland, and the Atlantic Arms MFG, Duluth MN, USA import stamp. The rifle is factory-engraved with the Polish eagle crest near the rear sight block. The laminated wood handguards display hand-applied marks "242" and "AV," adding identifiable character to this specific example.
