What’s Included
- IZH IZh-43E 12 gauge side-by-side shotgun
This IZh-43E variant includes automatic ejectors, providing positive case ejection after firing while maintaining the proven internal-hammer boxlock design. The Purdey-style double underlug underbolt provides robust lockup to the break-open action, complementing its straightforward double non-selective triggers.
The 21 in steel barrels are chambered for 2 3/4 in shells and fitted with Modified and Improved Cylinder chokes, a versatile pairing for close to mid-range shooting. A solid matted top rib and single brass bead front sight deliver a clean, glare-reducing sighting plane.
Stocked in varnished hardwood, the gun features a semi-pistol grip, straight comb, and sharp checkering for consistent handling. It wears a Baikal-branded hard buttplate and includes a rear sling swivel. The matching checkered forend uses a lever-style release for easy removal.
The blued steel receiver and barrels are accented by light scroll and game-scene roll engraving from the factory. Built in Russia, this side-by-side balances practical field utility with classic details in a compact 21 in configuration.
