This German-made HK SP5 is configured as a short-barreled rifle and outfitted with an A3-style retractable stock and a Midwest Industries M-LOK aluminum handguard. It retains the MP5-pattern stamped steel receiver and roller-delayed blowback system and adds a dual-interface muzzle with HK tri-lug and 1/2x28 threads with a knurled protector. It comes ready with five 30-round steel magazines, factory iron sights, and an HK-branded soft case.

Built in Oberndorf, Germany on MP5 production lines, this SP5 carries the classic MP5-pattern stamped sheet-steel receiver with welded components and HK’s renowned roller-delayed blowback operating system. It delivers the smooth cycling and controllability expected of the platform in a full-size 9mm configuration.
Configured as an SBR, it features the A3-style telescoping stock for compact storage and rapid length adjustment. Controls include the paddle-style magazine release, left-side charging handle, and a left-side selector with 0–1 pictograms. Sights are the factory hooded front post and 4-position rotary rear drum for precise elevation and windage settings.
The 8.86-inch barrel provides a dual muzzle interface: HK three-lug plus 1/2x28 threads capped by a knurled protector. This setup supports a wide range of compatible 9mm muzzle devices while preserving the traditional MP5 tri-lug capability.
The installed Midwest Industries M-LOK aluminum handguard adds robust accessory mounting with M-LOK slots and short Picatinny rail sections at 6 and 12 o’clock. At approximately 5.1 lb unloaded, the configuration remains nimble while retaining the classic SP5 handling characteristics.
