Controls include a manual safety lever with S/F selector markings and a left-side, non-reciprocating charging handle paired with right-hand ejection.
The barrel is cold hammer forged and chrome lined with a 1:7 twist for 5.56 NATO. It is threaded and fitted with an A2 5-slot flash hider. This configuration supports reliable operation and durable service life in a compact package.
The Flat-Top variant provides a full-length Picatinny top rail, and the polymer tri-rail forend offers 3/6/9 o'clock accessory rails. The FDE polymer chassis is paired with a black buttpad, and the length of pull measures 16.0 in. The interface accepts STANAG/AR-15 pattern magazines, and capacity is 30+1.
Markings include IWI US – Harrisburg, PA on the rifle and "MADE IN ISRAEL" with a "P" proof mark on the barrel, aligning with its Israeli origin and IWI US import/marking standards. This example comes with five Lancer L5 AWM magazines, a short vertical foregrip, and a push-button QD sling swivel already installed.
