This US-built Waffenwerks AK-74 in 5.45x39mm combines classic AK-74 features with well-chosen upgrades. It retains the AK-74 front end with a 24 mm threaded muzzle brake and includes a Bulgarian-marked front trunnion. An Ultimak M1-B railed gas tube carries a Bushnell micro red-dot, while a Rogers Super-Stoc provides adjustable length of pull. It ships with a 40-round phenolic (bakelite) magazine.

Built on a stamped steel receiver with a matte protective finish, this AK-74 features a Bulgarian arsenal roundel on the front trunnion and a right-side AK side-dovetail optics rail. The rifle uses the AK-74 pattern front end with a 90° gas block, bayonet lug, and a 24 mm front sight base.
The 16.3-inch barrel is threaded in the correct 24 mm AK-74 pattern and fitted with a multi-chamber muzzle brake. Standard AK sights include a front post and a tangent rear leaf graduated 1–10.
An Ultimak M1-B railed gas-tube upper provides a forward mounting solution and comes with a Bushnell micro red-dot optic with a red reticle installed. The lower handguard is ribbed polymer, and the pistol grip is a textured polymer AK-type.
Ergonomics are enhanced by a Rogers Super-Stoc adjustable stock on a CAA tube, providing an approximate length of pull from 11.5 to 14.5 inches. A TAPCO G2 trigger group is installed, and the cleaning rod is retained. The rifle accepts detachable AK-74 pattern magazines and includes one 40-round phenolic magazine.
Operation is the proven semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt, chambered in 5.45x39mm and configured for a 40+1 capacity.
