This 1974 High Standard Supermatic Citation Military (Model 107) is a Hamden, Connecticut factory target pistol built on the 1911-angle Military frame. It features a fixed-barrel design with a 5.5 in heavy bull barrel, fully adjustable target sights, and a single-action trigger with an overtravel stop. Purpose-built for precision rimfire shooting, it combines a blued steel construction with checkered walnut grips and classic Model 107 target features.

The magazine does not easily drop free from the pistol and needs to be pushed out from the top.

The 5.5 in heavy bull barrel is configured for target precision, featuring a serrated top rib, recessed crown, lightening cuts, and factory tapping for under-barrel weights. Sighting is set up for fine adjustment with a Patridge front blade on a ramp and a fully adjustable rear sight with a large windage drum.
Construction is all-steel with a blued finish on the frame, receiver, and short-reciprocating upper, which carries rear diagonal cocking serrations. Checkered walnut grips complete the classic target configuration.
