This Smith & Wesson M&P-15 Sport II is a customized AR-15 pattern rifle in 5.56 NATO, set up with a Samson Evolution Series 15" free-float handguard, Magpul MBUS flip-up sights, and a Mission First Tactical Battlelink Minimalist stock. It features a 16" threaded barrel with an aftermarket multi-prong muzzle device, a flat-top upper with T-marked Picatinny rail, and a mil-spec diameter receiver extension. The bore is excellent, and the rifle comes with one 40-round PMAG and one 30-round PMAG.

Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.

Built on the proven M&P-15 Sport II platform, this rifle uses a semi-automatic, direct impingement system chambered in 5.56mm NATO. It has a 16" threaded barrel capped with an aftermarket multi-prong muzzle device. The flat-top upper provides a T-marked Picatinny rail, and the receiver includes a forward assist and an ejection-port dust cover.
The Samson Evolution Series 15" free-float aluminum handguard reduces weight while offering extended accessory mounting length. It is factory-marked with "SAMSON MFG. CORP. U.S.A." and "SAMSON EVOLUTION SERIES 15" PATENT # US8448367 B2." An angled foregrip is installed on the handguard.
Sighting is handled by installed Magpul MBUS polymer flip-up front and rear sights. These back-up iron sights provide a durable and lightweight aiming solution.
The furniture includes a Mission First Tactical Battlelink Minimalist carbine stock on a mil-spec diameter receiver extension, plus an A2-style pistol grip. Controls include a manual safety selector marked SAFE/FIRE. Markings include "SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MA MADE IN U.S.A." on the lower and M&P-15 model rollmarks.
