Built on LWRCI's Monoforge upper with a continuous T-marked Picatinny rail, this IC-A5 variant offers a durable matte gray finish, an extended free-float aluminum handguard, and a 2-position adjustable gas regulator.

The IC-A5 configuration pairs a 16.1 inch spiral-fluted, cold-hammer-forged, black-nitride barrel with a 1:7 twist and a threaded muzzle capped by an A2 flash hider. The short-stroke gas piston action provides a clean-running system, and the 2-position adjustable gas regulator supports tuning for varying conditions.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the safety, magazine release, and bolt catch/release. Capacity is 30+1 rounds of 5.56 NATO. The rifle uses the AR-15 pattern with a forward assist and an ejection-port dust cover.
The LWRCI Monoforge upper features a continuous top Picatinny rail with T-marks, and the extended free-float aluminum handguard includes short accessory rail sections at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions. There are no factory sights installed, allowing direct use of the top rail for mounting optics or sights.
Furniture includes a collapsible 6-position stock with a 10–13.25 inch length of pull and a textured polymer pistol grip. The rifle wears a matte gray finish, with markings that include "Made in U.S.A." and "Cambridge, MD U.S.A."
