The Nightfall (DN) variant pairs a micro-size 9mm platform with premium day/night sights from the factory. Its short-recoil, locked-breech system and SAO trigger deliver a familiar 1911-style manual of arms in a downsized format, with a 7+1 capacity and a left-side magazine release.
The build centers on a matte black aluminum-alloy frame and a steel slide with rear serrations for solid purchase. A 3.15-inch stainless steel barrel complements the package, while the exposed, skeletonized commander-style hammer and single-action trigger reinforce the Micro 9’s compact, defensive orientation.
Sight regulation and visibility are standout features on this model. It wears TruGlo TFX Pro three-dot tritium sights, with a dovetailed front featuring an orange outline and a dovetailed rear; both are marked TG-H3. These factory-installed day/night sights align with the Nightfall (DN) designation.
Ergonomics are aided by black wraparound textured rubber grips with Kimber medallions, and the right-side slide carries the scripted Kimber logo. The configuration and series are verified by the factory box end label, and the pistol is made in the USA.
