It features a matte silver steel slide and frame, a Government-length 5-inch bushing barrel, wave-pattern slide serrations, and adjustable iron sights with a gold-dot front blade. Capacity is 8+1, and the slide is marked "ADAM 45s" over "BALISTIK DEFENCE."

This full-size ADAM 45s follows the classic 1911 pattern with a 5-inch Government-length barrel, standard bushing system, and a checkered recoil spring plug. The steel frame and slide wear a uniform matte silver finish that complements the clean, purposeful styling.
Sighting is straightforward and precise with adjustable iron sights: a gold-dot front blade paired with an adjustable rear. Front and rear wave serrations on the slide provide confident manipulation.
Controls and handling are true to form, with single-action, semi-automatic operation, a manual thumb safety, a grip safety, and a commander-style rowel spur hammer. The front strap is smooth, and the frame has no accessory/light rail for a traditional profile.
Markings include "ADAM 45s" over "BALISTIK DEFENCE" on the slide. The pistol is produced by Balistik Savunma A.S. in Türkiye and bears import and origin stamps: "IMP: DICKINSON LLC. MOORPARK, CA., MADE IN TURKIYE, MN: BALISTIK SAVUNMA A.S."
