This custom .22 LR AR-pattern rifle pairs an FMK AR-1 eXtreme polymer lower with an American Tactical–marked upper consistent with the Chiappa MFOUR-22. It features a dedicated blowback .22 LR system, a 16-inch threaded barrel with an A2-style flash hider, and classic A2 iron sights. Notable touches include a UTG PRO 6-position collapsible stock and an ejection-port cover engraved with scripture text citing "MATTHEW 10:16."

This hybrid build starts with the FMK AR-1 eXtreme polymer lower receiver marked "MADE IN USA" and mates it to an American Tactical–marked .22 LR upper consistent with the Chiappa MFOUR-22 platform. The system is a dedicated .22 LR simple blowback configuration with a rimfire bolt.
The 16-inch steel barrel is Italy-marked for .22 LR and carries a circled K proof. It is threaded and fitted with an A2-style birdcage flash hider, offering a versatile muzzle interface while preserving the classic AR profile.
Furniture and controls align with the AR format: a UTG PRO 6-position collapsible stock provides an adjustable length of pull of approximately 10.5–13.5 inches, a standard AR-15 pistol grip, and carbine-length two-piece ribbed polymer handguards. Selector markings are "SAFE/FIRE" on both sides.
Sighting is handled by A2 iron sights, with an A2 front sight tower and a detachable A2-style carry-handle rear sight that is adjustable for windage and elevation. The receiver is a flat-top configuration underneath the carry handle. Capacity is 25+1, and the rifle uses Chiappa M4-22 pattern magazines.
Markings include ATI – Rochester NY on the upper and Italy .22LR plus a circled K proof on the barrel. The ejection-port cover is engraved with two text plaques, with the right side citing "MATTHEW 10:16," adding a distinctive visual detail.
