The rifle uses a milled steel receiver with a blued finish and a 20.5 inch barrel. The bolt and carrier are left in the white. The hardwood stock and wood handguard wear a factory-style shellac-type finish, with the stock showing the right-side lightening groove and a bottom sling swivel.
Operation is semi-automatic with a short-stroke gas piston and tilting-bolt system. Feeding is via a fixed 10-round internal magazine with a hinged floorplate, designed for stripper-clip loading. A wood handguard covers the gas tube for classic SKS ergonomics.
The sighting system features a hooded front post and a tangent rear leaf graduated to 1000 meters. Length of pull is 12.5 inches, providing a traditional SKS stock fit.
