Built on a stamped steel AKM-pattern receiver with the standard rivet layout and top-cover profile, this M10-762 reflects Cugir’s long-running production methods. Selector markings are the familiar S and F. It is imported and marked Made in Romania by FA Cugir for M+M Inc, Commerce City, CO.
The rifle uses the classic semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston, rotating-bolt action. A separate gas block and front sight block follow AKM convention, while a continuous top rail runs over the gas tube to the rear sight block, integrating with the quad Picatinny handguard for accessory mounting flexibility.
Sights are open notch-and-post iron sights, with an RPK-style tangent rear leaf that includes a windage drum for easy lateral adjustments. This configuration provides a familiar sight picture with added adjustability at the rear.
Furniture is practical and durable: a fixed black synthetic buttstock with sling swivel and a rubberized finger-groove pistol grip. The alloy/polymer quad handguard and top rail modernize the front end. The 16 in barrel, 30+1 capacity, and 12.5 in length of pull complete the full-size profile. The muzzle is currently device-free with threads not visible.
