Combat-focused sights include a dovetailed tritium front post and a dovetailed, low-profile tritium rear, both bearing H3 18 date codes. The slide is finished in matte black with front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered and flared ejection port for reliable extraction.
Controls are set up for confident handling, with a left-side extended thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with memory pad. A skeletonized three-hole trigger and a skeletonized commander-style hammer complete the single-action 1911 configuration.
The steel frame and slide wear a uniform matte black finish, complemented by dark gray textured grip panels and front strap checkering for secure purchase. Slide markings read "CAROLINA ARMS GROUP" on the left and "PATRIOT" on the right, and the pistol is manufactured in Mooresville, North Carolina, USA.
