The Pro Raptor II is a Custom Shop model built on the 1911 platform with a single-action, semi-automatic operation. It combines a 4-inch Pro/Commander-length slide with a full-size grip, providing familiar 1911 ergonomics with a more compact slide for carry and balance.
Accuracy-focused components include a match-grade, bushingless bull barrel and a match-grade chamber. The trigger is a skeletonized, three-hole match-grade unit, paired with a skeletonized Commander-style hammer for a crisp feel.
The slide features Raptor scale serrations at the rear only, a top serrated rib, and a lowered and flared ejection port. The non-railed dust cover keeps the profile streamlined. The finish is a matte black oxide for a subdued look.
Controls and safeties include a grip safety with memory pad, a left-side thumb safety, and a Swartz-type firing-pin safety. Fixed, low-profile dovetailed 3-dot sights are installed front and rear for a straightforward sight picture.
Chambered in .45 ACP, the pistol has an 8+1 capacity. Factory Raptor-style zebrawood grip panels with an oval wood inlay laser-etched with the Kimber logo (no metal medallions) complement the slide serrations.
