This U.S.-made Beretta 950BS Jetfire is a micro-size .25 ACP pistol with the Accokeek, Maryland rollmark and the key BS updates: a manual thumb safety and an inertia firing pin. It features a 2.4-inch tip-up carbon-steel barrel for direct chamber loading, a blued slide and barrel, and an anodized aluminum-alloy frame. It comes with two 8-round magazines, the factory box, owner’s manual, and a soft pouch.

The 950BS Jetfire uses a simple blowback, single-action-only system paired with a 2.4-inch tip-up barrel that allows direct loading into the chamber. This model does not use a mechanical extractor and ejects via blowback operation.
The BS variant adds a manual thumb safety and an inertia firing pin, enhancing the control layout alongside the heel-style magazine release and external spur hammer. Fixed open sights include an integral front blade and a rear notch.
Construction combines a blued carbon-steel slide and barrel with an anodized aluminum-alloy frame, keeping weight down while maintaining durability. The micro-size profile and 8+1 capacity suit discreet carry and compact storage.
Black checkered plastic grips feature Beretta medallions, with the panels molded with the '.25 JETFIRE' legend. The pistol bears the Accokeek, Maryland rollmark, denoting U.S. manufacture.
