The 2K11 OR uses a modular DS-1911 construction with a stainless sub-frame mated to an aluminum grip module that is Type III hard-coat anodized. This delivers a robust foundation while keeping weight manageable for a full-size, double-stack .45 ACP.
Its 5-inch, bushingless fluted bull barrel features a target crown, a bronze/coyote PVD finish, and a loaded-chamber view cut. A patent-pending, tool-less full-length guide-rod system simplifies maintenance without sacrificing performance.
The black DLC slide has a tri-top profile with a long top flat, front and rear grasping cuts, and an external extractor. The slide is optics-ready and arrives with a cover plate; an RMR adapter plate hardware kit is included to support common mounting needs.
Sight configuration is practical and fast: a green TAG Precision fiber-optic front pairs with a rear notch integrated into the optics-cut cover plate. Controls include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with memory bump.
Ergonomic and duty-focused touches round it out: a flat, match, lightened trigger with a bronze-colored shoe; a skeletonized ring hammer; wrap-around checkering for traction; and a full-length 1913 Picatinny accessory rail with three slots. Factory capacity is 13+1, and this example includes two magazines. Made in the USA.
