The Model Seven configuration pairs a short 18.5-inch, slim/tapered carbon steel barrel with a blued finish for a handy, balanced profile. The barrel has a recessed crown and an integral ramped front sight base, with the caliber marked as 223 REM.
The walnut stock has a glossy finish with crisp checkering, a straight comb, and a pistol grip without a cap. It wears a Remington-marked recoil pad with a black spacer and includes sling swivel studs. Length of pull measures 13.25 inches.
The dual-lug bolt features a jeweled body, a plunger ejector, and a clip-style extractor. The bolt handle terminates in a round checkered knob, and the safety is a right-side, two-position design. Feeding is via a blind internal box magazine with a 4-round capacity.
Sighting equipment includes a ramped front sight with blade installed. No rear sight is installed; the barrel is drilled and tapped for a rear unit, and the receiver is drilled and tapped. Leupold two-piece scope bases with 1-inch rings are already installed.
