The DMR configuration pairs a 20-inch steel barrel with a threaded muzzle and an installed multi-port brake/compensator. This setup supports stable, repeatable performance while preserving the rifle’s 5.56 NATO versatility. The bore presents a mirror finish with sharp rifling.
The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard features a continuous Picatinny top rail that aligns with the flat-top upper, providing ample space for mounting compatible accessories. The receiver’s rail is T-marked, while the handguard’s rail is unmarked. The upper includes a forward assist and an ejection-port dust cover.
Controls and furniture are practical and robust: an ambidextrous Radian Raptor charging handle, a 6-position adjustable telescoping stock with an 11.25-inch length of pull, and a textured polymer pistol grip. The rifle uses a carbine receiver extension and aluminum receivers.
Operation is semi-automatic with a direct-impingement system. The platform accepts STANAG-pattern magazines and ships with two 30-round PMAGs. Sights are not included from the factory, allowing the user to configure as desired on the top rail (T-marking on receiver rail only).
Made in the United States, this full-size Volunteer-series rifle carries an MSRP of $1,599 and includes useful add-ons such as the installed detachable bipod, rail covers, and short accessory rail sections on the handguard.
