The 11.5 in barrel is chrome-moly vanadium steel and pairs with a direct impingement gas system for the SAINT Victor series in 5.56 NATO. An open three-prong flash hider is fitted at the muzzle.
The A3 flat-top receiver includes a forward assist and dust cover. A continuous T-marked top Picatinny rail (T4–T34 observed) runs from the receiver onto the free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard for streamlined accessory placement.
Controls are straightforward and enhanced: a manual safety selector, a flat-faced trigger, and a Magpul B.A.D. Lever on the bolt catch. An installed M-LOK QD sling socket plate, low-profile handstop, and rail panels round out the handling upgrades.
Springfield-branded flip-up front and rear sights are present. The brace is finished in FDE, and the receiver and handguard wear a matte black finish with SAINT Victor markings and Springfield Armory logos. The ejection-port cover is marked 5.56 NATO. Capacity is 30+1.
