The gun is in very good overall condition with an excellent, mirror-bright bore, and includes correct trap-specific details such as a factory Remington ventilated recoil pad with a white-line spacer and a knurled magazine cap.

The 30-inch steel barrel has a ventilated rib and a fixed Mod-Trap choke, delivering the constriction and sighting plane expected for dedicated trap use. The barrel is marked "2 3/4 OR SHORTER SHELLS," confirming its chambering.
The factory-engraved steel receiver shows decorative scroll work with bright-contrast side panels and is clearly marked "TRAP." The serial suffix "V" denotes a standard 12-gauge receiver.
The gloss walnut stock features a Monte Carlo trap comb, cut fleur-de-lis checkering, and a factory Remington ventilated recoil pad with a white-line spacer. A rear sling-swivel stud is installed at the buttstock, and the magazine cap is knurled for easy handling. Length of pull is 14.5 inches.
Controls and operation are classic Model 1100 with gas-operated, semi-automatic cycling. Capacity is three rounds, and sighting is via a single front bead on the vent rib.
