This Dan Wesson Valor is a full-size, Government-length 1911 in .45 ACP with a 5-inch match-grade barrel and matte black steel construction. It features dovetailed sights with a high-visibility front dot, a checkered frontstrap and mainspring housing, and an integrated flared magazine well. The pistol is in excellent condition and comes with two factory 8-round magazines, the original Dan Wesson case and manual, and an uninstalled Harrison Design HD-102-N medium, smooth-face trigger.

The Valor is built on a steel frame and slide with a uniform matte black finish and clean lines. It follows the classic non-railed, Government-length 5-inch 1911 format and includes practical enhancements like a checkered frontstrap and mainspring housing, plus an integrated flared magazine well (mainspring-housing type).
The slide is configured with rear-only cocking serrations and an inverted top rib with serrations to reduce glare. A lowered and flared ejection port supports reliable extraction and ejection. The match-grade barrel is fitted to deliver tight, consistent lockup.
Controls are 1911 single-action with an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety featuring a raised memory pad. It is equipped with a smooth-face, medium-length trigger and a skeletonized rowel hammer. An uninstalled Harrison Design HD-102-N medium, smooth-face trigger in silver is included for those who prefer that specific component.
Sighting equipment consists of dovetailed sights: a front dot with an orange ring for visibility and a serrated U-notch rear. Grips are textured gray/black G10 panels that provide a secure, repeatable hold. Capacity is 8+1, and this example includes two factory 8-round magazines.
Markings include "DAN WESSON FIREARMS, NORWICH, NY, USA," and the pistol is made in the USA.
