The HK45 Compact Tactical V1 brings the proven HK45 lineage to a compact, suppressor-capable format with a factory-threaded, cold hammer forged barrel and high-profile sights. This V1 configuration features a frame-mounted safety/decocker on the left side, an FDE slide and frame, and fully ambidextrous magazine and slide controls. Made in the USA with Columbus, GA markings, it comes outfitted with four magazines and original accessories.

This HK45 Compact Tactical is the V1 variant with a frame-mounted safety/decocker on the left side, paired with a DA/SA, hammer-fired system and an external spurred hammer. Ambidextrous slide releases and the paddle-style ambidextrous magazine release support versatile operation. Safety systems include a firing pin block, disconnector, loaded chamber indicator, and disassembly safety.
The 4.57-inch barrel is cold hammer forged with polygonal rifling and an accuracy O-ring lockup. It is factory threaded M16x1 LH and includes a thread protector, making it ready for use with compatible muzzle devices. Fixed suppressor-height iron sights with a high-profile front dot and rear notch provide a clear sight picture over mounted devices.
The slide wears HK's Hostile Environment treatment in FDE, matched to an FDE polymer frame. A three-slot Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) rail on the dust cover accepts compact weapon lights or other compatible accessories. Markings indicate Heckler & Koch, Inc., Columbus, GA, and Made in USA.
Capacity is 10+1, and this example includes two 10-round and two 8-round steel magazines. The interchangeable backstrap system allows the grip to be tailored, with a spare backstrap included.
The HK45 series design lineage includes adoption by U.S. Naval Special Warfare as the Mk 24 Mod 0, underscoring the platform's durability and performance heritage.
