The striker-fired action uses a flat-faced, Performance Center tuned trigger for a consistent pull. It incorporates a trigger safety and is configured without a manual thumb safety.
The slide is optics-ready with a cover plate and uses S&W's C.O.R.E. plate system. Optic-height tritium night sights with H3 markings provide a bright, durable aiming solution.
The polymer frame includes an embedded stainless-steel chassis and aggressive M2.0 texture. An ambidextrous slide stop and a 3-slot accessory rail add practical control and setup options. Capacity is 15+1, and two 15-round magazines are included.
