U.S.-made in Beretta’s Gallatin, Tennessee facility, this 20X Bobcat brings the tip-up barrel system into the X-series era. The push-button release allows the chamber to be loaded and cleared without running the slide, adding practical convenience to a micro-size .22 LR platform.
The aluminum alloy frame in silver/gray pairs with a black slide for a clean two-tone look. At approximately 14.5 oz unloaded with an overall length around 5.0 in and width near 1.3 in, it stays compact while offering an 8+1 capacity via redesigned 20X magazines.
The direct blowback, DA/SA action uses an exposed spurred hammer and a skeletonized trigger. A frame-mounted thumb safety and a left-side button magazine release positioned behind the trigger guard support intuitive controls. The slide carries rear serrations only and is marked “Fires without magazine.”
Sight setup includes replaceable iron sights with a white-dot front blade and a plain black square-notch rear. The steel barrel measures 2.4 in, is non-threaded, and uses a 1:13.8 RH twist, with the well-known tip-up design for easy loading and unloading.
