This Russian-made Molot-Oruzhie Vepr-12 is the long-barrel configuration with a 22.3" barrel and the model’s AK/RPK-style stamped-steel receiver. This example is customized with an AR-pattern receiver extension and a B5 Systems adjustable carbine stock via a Rifle Dynamics adapter ring. It includes five magazines, and U.S. civilian imports of Molot Vepr-12 shotguns ended in 2017 due to sanctions.
Condition

Bore Condition: Good - Clean, well-maintained, minor wear marks.
Specific Condition Notes: There are numerous small scratches and blemishes on exterior surfaces. The bore is clean and shiny, with carbon buildup visible around the gas hole inside the barrel. The end-cap shows pitting, with a few additional small pitted areas appearing infrequently elsewhere.

The Vepr-12 platform centers on a rugged AK/RPK-style stamped-steel receiver with an integral straight-in magazine well. This long-barrel configuration uses a 22.3" barrel with a plain crown, a 3" chamber, and a gas-operated semi-automatic action. Listed capacity is 10+1.
A hinged top cover with a full-length Picatinny rail provides a solid mounting surface along the receiver length. Sighting is via an AK/RPK-style tangent rear sight. The right-side safety/selector lever includes an extended tab for easier manipulation.
This shotgun is custom-configured with an AR-pattern receiver extension and a B5 Systems adjustable carbine stock installed using a Rifle Dynamics adapter ring. Length of pull is 12.0". It also features a ribbed polymer handguard and gas tube cover, plus a polymer pistol grip with finger grooves.
Country of origin is Russia, with import markings reading: MADE IN RUSSIA, R.OX.NJ, OXFORD, NJ. The bolt tail shows a partial serial match. U.S. civilian imports of Molot Vepr-12 shotguns ceased in 2017 due to sanctions.
Five magazines are included: three 10-round and two 5-round. The magazines shown are polymer Vepr-12 pattern, with additional compact polymer magazines featuring metal feed lips.
