The P224 Extreme configuration combines a stainless-steel slide with a Nitron finish and a black hard-coat anodized aluminum-alloy frame. This variant is the subcompact P224 pattern without an accessory rail, pairing concealed size with SIG's classic metal-frame build.
Its DA/SA action features a decocking lever and a spurred hammer, providing a traditional SIG control layout. The locked-breech, recoil-operated system runs a 3.5-inch barrel chambered in .357 SIG.
