Built on a full-size 1911 platform with a 5-inch bushing barrel, the Desert Eagle 1911G Stainless delivers classic Government-length proportions in durable stainless steel. Both the slide and frame wear a matte stainless finish for a uniform, non-reflective appearance.
Controls and ergonomics include a left-side thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with a memory bump. The front strap is checkered, and the mainspring housing is flat and checkered, with a beveled magazine well opening to aid reloads. A skeletonized, three-hole trigger and a skeletonized commander-style hammer complete the single-action setup.
