The S&W Model 640-1 Pro Series is a stainless, double-action-only Centennial J-frame in .357 Mag with factory night sights and a heavy, shrouded 2.125 in barrel. This example features a cylinder cut at the factory for full moon clips, a dovetailed Trijicon front night sight marked H3 14, and a dovetailed fixed two-dot rear. It comes with the factory case, compatible moon clips, and the S&W revolver manual.

Built on the Centennial enclosed-hammer J-frame, this 640-1 Pro Series is double-action-only with a round-butt frame and black textured synthetic boot-style grips bearing S&W medallions. The micro-size stainless steel frame and cylinder wear a uniform satin stainless finish.
The revolver uses a heavy, shrouded 2.125 in stainless barrel with longitudinal flutes. The yoke is correctly marked 640-1, and the gun is made in the United States.
Sight setup is optimized for low light with a dovetailed Trijicon front night sight blade marked H3 14 and a fixed, dovetailed two-dot rear night sight. Both sights are securely set in the topstrap and barrel rib.
The stainless cylinder holds five rounds and is factory cut for full moon clips. Safety features include the internal lock. Capacity is 5 rounds of .357 Magnum (also compatible with .38 Special).
