The CZ 452–2E ZKM Training Rifle is a full-size rimfire built by CZ-UB in the Czech Republic and imported by CZ-USA. It features a 24.8 in barrel and a detachable box magazine system, combining the classic CZ 452 action with the Training Rifle configuration.
Its iron sights are set up for practical rimfire training: a barrel-mounted tangent rear sight with a 25–200 m slider that is windage adjustable, paired with a hooded front sight on a ramped base for a clear, protected front post.
The hardwood stock includes checkering at the pistol grip for secure handling; the fore-end is smooth. Sling accommodations are traditional, with a European-style rear sling slot on the right side of the butt and a front sling swivel stud.
Controls and safety features are straightforward and familiar to CZ users, including a two-position safety on the bolt shroud with a red fire indicator dot and a magazine release located ahead of the trigger guard.
The receiver top has integral 11 mm dovetail grooves for mounting compatible rings. Markings include "CZ 452–2E ZKM" on the receiver, "MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC," and "CAL .22 LONG RIFLE" on the barrel. Czech proof marks are present with an adjacent "02" year code denoting 2002 proof, alongside the CZ-USA, Kansas City, KS import stamp.
