This no-dash Smith & Wesson Model 34 .22/32 Kit Gun is a flat-latch I-frame example from the 1959–1960 era, marking the transitional period preceding the 34-1 J-frame changeover. It features a 4-inch pinned round barrel with a narrow rib, polished blue finish, and adjustable sights. Oversize checkered walnut target-style stocks are installed.

    What’s Included
    • Leather belt holster with retention strap

This Model 34 is a true no-dash, flat-latch I-frame revolver with the yoke marked "MOD-34," aligning with the 1959–1960 production window. It is a notable transitional example that came just before S&W moved the Kit Gun line to the J-frame as the 34-1.

The 4-inch carbon steel barrel is pinned and wears a narrow rib with factory rollmarks: "SMITH & WESSON." on the left and ".22 LONG RIFLE CTG." on the right. The unshrouded knurled ejector rod and six-shot fluted cylinder follow classic Kit Gun configuration.

Finished in polished blue over a carbon steel frame and cylinder, this revolver retains color case-hardened hammer and trigger. It operates in double-action/single-action and is sized as a compact field-friendly Kit Gun.

Sighting is handled by a ramped, serrated front blade and a micrometer-click adjustable rear sight, offering precise elevation and windage adjustments for .22 LR shooting.

Oversize checkered walnut target-style stocks (no medallions) are installed for a fuller hand fit.

Additional factory legends include "MADE IN U.S.A. MARCAS REGISTRADAS SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MASS." on the right-side frame and the S&W trademark logo on the right sideplate.
