This factory Longslide variant uses a 5.0 inch cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel and a longer slide to deliver an extended sight radius of approximately 6.9 inches. The slide includes front and rear serrations for confident manipulation and is finished in matte black over stainless steel.
The full-size black polymer frame provides ambidextrous slide stop levers and an ambidextrous magazine release, along with a trigger safety. An integral MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail on the dustcover supports common illumination tools. Fixed iron sights are dovetailed, with a single white-dot front blade and a low-profile square-notch rear.
This model is made in the USA and marked FNH USA Fredericksburg, VA. It feeds from 14-round magazines for a 14+1 capacity in .40 S&W. The pistol retains a clean bore with sharp rifling, aligning with the FNS series’ service-focused design.
Additional details include a black matte finish, polymer grips with FN oval medallions, and a serial number plate with 2D code under the dustcover.
