What’s Included
- Kimber BP Ten II pistol
- Kimber factory hard case
- Kimber Operational Manual (Full Size)
- Three 10-round steel magazines
The BP Ten II pairs a matte black steel slide with a polymer frame over a steel insert/rail system, offering a wide-body 1911 format with 10+1 capacity. The full-size 5-inch barrel uses a traditional bushing setup, and the slide includes front and rear cocking serrations with a lowered and flared ejection port and an internal extractor.
Fire controls are classic single-action with Series II Swartz-type firing-pin safety, plus a manual thumb safety and grip safety. A skeletonized Commander-style hammer and a skeletonized, aluminum three-hole trigger complete the fire-control system.
Sight regulation is straightforward and durable, using fixed, dovetailed, low-profile post-and-notch sights without dots. The grip area is part of the integral polymer frame (no separate grip panels) with a molded pebble texture and molded-in Kimber "K" logo for a secure, consistent hold.
This model is part of Kimber’s 2000s-era lineup and has been discontinued. The California roster lists the 5-inch BP Ten II as decertified as of March 4, 2009. It includes three 10-round steel magazines specific to the BP Ten II/Ten II series, along with the factory case and manual.
