It carries the 9,000,000-series serial range used by Inland Mfg to denote modern production and is marked "U.S. CARBINE CAL .30 M1" on the barrel ring and "INLAND MFG" on the receiver heel.

The hardwood, full-length low-wood stock has the oval sling/oiler slot, paired with a wooden upper handguard. Stock details include a checkered steel buttplate and a left-side sling swivel on the barrel band. Length of pull is 13.3 in.
Sighting equipment is true to the period configuration: an adjustable aperture rear sight with elevation slider and windage knob, matched to a wing-protected front blade. Metal components wear a matte gray/black phosphate finish for a classic service look.
