Italian-made CX4 Storm carbine with a cold-hammer-forged, chrome-lined 16.6 in barrel, integrated folding sights, and a top Picatinny rail. Designed by Italdesign Giugiaro and built with a robust technopolymer frame, this example features fully reversible key controls and ships with two 17-round magazines. The length of pull is spacer-adjustable and is currently set to 14.0 in.

The CX4 Storm is a semi-automatic blowback carbine that fires from a closed bolt and is configured for 9mm Luger. Its 16.6 in steel barrel is cold-hammer-forged and chrome-lined, and is marked "9 Para" for clear chamber identification. Twist rate is 1:9.84 to support a broad range of 9mm loads.
Controls and setup are highly configurable. Ejection, charging handle, cross-bolt safety, and magazine release are all reversible. The charging handle is installed on the right side from the factory but can be switched to the opposite side to suit the shooter.
The carbine features a top Picatinny rail with integrated folding iron sights: a folding front post and a folding two-aperture rear peep. Side and bottom accessory rails are installed for lights or other accessories. Sling points are molded into the buttstock and fore-end.
Construction centers on a black technopolymer receiver/frame and a matching polymer stock. The stock uses a thumbhole, skeletonized design with a buttpad and spacer-adjustable length of pull from 13.25–15.0 in; this example is set to 14.0 in. Capacity is 17+1 with the included double-column magazines.
Markings include "P. BERETTA – GARDONE V.T. – MADE IN ITALY," Italian proof marks with "PB," and the Beretta trident molded into the stock. The CX4’s styling credit goes to Italdesign Giugiaro, giving this practical carbine a recognizable, purpose-driven profile.
