It features PSA's single-stage Enhanced Polished Trigger (EPT), an ambidextrous safety, and ships in an FDE configuration with a Magpul MOE grip and adjustable brace. It accepts PSA U9/AR-V and CZ Scorpion-pattern magazines and includes one 35-round Soviet Arms U9 magazine.

The AR-V series uses a straight-blowback 9mm system with a standard rear charging handle for familiar AR-style operation on the AR-9 platform. This Lightweight HEX M-LOK MOE EPT configuration combines PSA's EPT single-stage trigger with an ambidextrous safety for crisp control and versatile handling.
The 4 inch barrel is made from 4150 CMV steel, finished in nitride, and threaded, with a PSA fluted flash-can installed. A 1:10 twist supports common 9mm loads, and the stated capacity is 35+1 with compatible magazines.
The slick-side upper is paired with a 7075-T6 aluminum lower and a 6061-T6 aluminum upper, all hard-coat anodized. The free-float 5 inch aluminum HEX-profile M-LOK handguard and the continuous top Picatinny rail run across the receiver and handguard. No sights are installed.
Furniture is finished in FDE, including the HEX M-LOK handguard, Magpul MOE pistol grip, and the adjustable brace with strap. The pistol accepts PSA U9/AR-V and CZ Scorpion-pattern magazines and comes with a 35-round Soviet Arms U9 magazine. Made in the United States.
