This Gen 3 G30 SF incorporates the Short Frame profile to reduce grip circumference and trigger reach while retaining the .45 ACP double-stack format. It carries the Austrian manufacturing and import line markings, noted as "MADE IN AUSTRIA" with "GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA."
The 3.78 in steel barrel is hammer-forged with polygonal rifling. The slide wears a matte black finish with rear serrations only, aligning with classic Gen 3 features.
The polymer frame includes finger grooves and pebbled panels for consistent purchase. Controls include a single-sided magazine release. Safety features are Glock's Safe Action system with a trigger safety, firing pin safety, drop safety, and a loaded chamber indicator. The trigger weight is listed at 6.3 lb.
Sight picture is provided by Glock polymer sights: a white-dot front and a white-outline rear.
