This Israeli-made IMI UZI Model A is a pre-1989 Action Arms, Ltd. Philadelphia import with factory markings and the classic UZI carbine configuration. It is a semi-automatic, closed-bolt 9mm with a 16-inch quick-detach barrel, folding steel stock, and top-mounted ratcheting charging system. The carbine is in very good condition and comes with four steel magazines and original-style tools and accessories.

Imported by Action Arms, Ltd. of Philadelphia, this IMI UZI Semi-Auto Carbine Model A is marked "UZI semi-auto / MODEL A / 9mm PARA / IMI - ISRAEL" and features a two-position selector marked F/S for semi-automatic operation. It is built on a stamped and welded steel receiver with reinforcing ribs and retains the classic UZI ergonomics and handling.
The 16-inch barrel is a quick-change design retained by a knurled barrel nut, and a slotted muzzle device is installed. A top-mounted, ratcheting charging system provides positive control while maintaining the UZI’s characteristic profile.
Construction details include a black-finished steel receiver with a fixed sling loop under the receiver, a folding steel shoulder stock with a ribbed metal buttplate, and durable polymer furniture consisting of a ribbed fore-end and a polymer pistol grip.
Sighting is handled by protected iron sights: a dual-aperture flip rear calibrated for 100/200 meters and a hooded front post. Safety features include a manual safety selector and a grip safety.
