It features a 16.5 in 5.56×45 barrel with a 1:7 twist, an extended stepped Picatinny top rail, and an integral folding vertical foregrip. The rifle is in very good overall condition with an excellent, mirror-bright bore, and it includes one 30-round Magpul PMAG and the Steyr AUG owner's manual.

The AUG A3 M2 NATO configuration accepts AR-15 pattern magazines and comes with a 30-round PMAG. Capacity is 30+1. The rifle is configured for right-hand ejection with the left port cover installed.
Its semi-automatic, short-stroke gas piston system runs in a compact bullpup layout. Controls include a folding, non-reciprocating charging handle with forward-assist capability. The black polymer stock incorporates a rubber buttpad and a rear sling attachment point.
An extended stepped Picatinny top rail provides ample space for mounting optics or accessories, and a short right-side accessory rail is included. Up front, the rifle retains the integral folding vertical foregrip and a closed-end 3-slot (AUG-pattern) flash hider.
The aluminum receiver carries an anodized black finish and is marked AUG A3 M2 and Bessemer, AL. The barrel is marked 5.56×45 1:7 Made in USA. Twist rate is 1:7, and length of pull is 15.0 in.
