The Gen5 configuration brings practical enhancements: ambidextrous slide stop levers, a reversible magazine release, a flared magwell, and Gen5 grip texture with no finger grooves for a consistent hold. The compact G19 format maintains the standard 15+1 capacity in 9mm Luger.
The slide is cut for the MOS system and ships with its cover plate installed. The included Glock MOS Adapter-Set 01 nDLC provides mounting plates, screws, and a tool, giving flexibility for mounting compatible optics. Front and rear serrations aid in slide manipulation.
Its 4.02 in steel Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) is paired with an excellent bore and sharp rifling. Standard Glock polymer sights are installed, with a white dot front and white U-notch rear for a familiar sight picture.
The Flat Dark Earth polymer frame and matching FDE slide present a cohesive finish. An accessory rail on the dustcover is utilized by the installed Olight PL X weapon light. Markings include proof symbols on the barrel hood, the "MADE IN AUSTRIA" legend, and the importer mark "GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA." The barrel and slide carry matching serial numbers.
