It has an NM-prefix serial and USA frame marking, and comes well-outfitted with two 10-round Chip McCormick Power Mags, two 7-round flush-fit mags, the original case, a Springfield Armory soft zip case, and an extra set of Magpul grips.

The Loaded series configuration adds practical upgrades while retaining classic 1911 operation. It is single-action only with a long, lightened 3-hole aluminum trigger and a skeletonized commander-style hammer. Safety features include a left-side manual thumb safety, a beavertail grip safety, and a half-cock notch.
The slide is finished in matte parkerizing and marked with the Springfield Armory crest and "LOADED" rollmarks. It features front and rear serrations and a lowered, scalloped ejection port. Sighting is through fixed, low-mount three-dot (white) sights with a dovetailed front and a two-dot rear.
The frame matches the slide in parkerized finish and includes a lightly beveled magazine well, a flat checkered mainspring housing, and a smooth frontstrap. Checkered double-diamond cocobolo stocks with Springfield medallions are installed, with an optional set of black Magpul grips included. A two-piece full-length guide rod is fitted.
