The P238 platform here is the Two-Tone variant, pairing a natural stainless slide with an anodized black aluminum alloy frame. It uses a locked-breech design in a micro footprint with a 2.75-inch barrel and 6+1 capacity. The slide has rear serrations only for a clean profile.
This model is single-action, hammer-fired, with an external spurred hammer and a manual thumb safety. The fixed, dovetailed 3-dot sights are marked "MG/AM." There is no accessory rail on the frame.
A SIG SAUER trigger-guard red laser module is installed, integrating neatly without the need for a rail. The laser is a SIG-branded unit designed for this pistol’s trigger-guard profile.
Black textured rubber grips with molded-in SIG SAUER oval logos provide a positive hold. This pistol was U.S.-assembled in Exeter, New Hampshire, and includes one stainless, flush-fit single-stack magazine.
